Ending year9

Ending Year 9 feels like standing at the edge of something big. The classroom is full of laughter, a little chaos, and the kind of tired that comes from surviving a whole year of school. It’s not just about the exams and report cards—Year 9 ends with its own special traditions that make saying goodbye a little easier.

As the year winds down, students often gather to make more memory, where teachers write personal notes reflecting on each student’s journey, and classmates fill up with wonderful moments sheared with each one of there friends, reminding everyone of the friendships and growth that happened throughout the year.

Students work in teams, celebrate with snacks, and sometimes even participate in outdoor activities, these events foster friendship and excitement, helping students let loose before the final bell.

We laughed, celebrated, and made unforgettable memories.By the end, our group  6 7  was so close, it was like we all survived a crazy adventure together—somehow still smiling and ready for the next round.

What did i learn about Oceania…

Oceania is the most diverse region in the world for languages, with Papua New Guinea alone being the most home to over 800 spoken languages, making it the most popular place for new languages.

Oceania itself is packed with thousands of islands.  The Cook islands sit right in the heart of this region, together with nations like Fiji, Samoa, Tonga and French Polynesia.   If you love beaches adventures or learning about ancient cultures the cook islands are a highlight of Oceania.

My Holiday

During the school  holidays I went to a Kapa Haka wananga, it was a really good wananga because we learnt our whole bracket and something I was eating was home made KFC its was really nice and our cook was Rachell and Reiall they were really really good at cooking the food was so yum, and then we went back in the GYM to practice and clean up our things that we didn’t really know and just to make the actions look better and then we did a top drop. after we did that we went back to the marae for our parents to pick us up and when my mum and dad came to pick me up we went to king wah for my cousins berth day it was so fun haging out with them and eating heaps of yummy food and then we went back home and we just relaxed and watched kpop demon hunters its a really cool movie my fav person is jinu and my fav song is soda pop.
